Workforce features support demand-based scheduling, location-specific compliance rules, time-off management, shift swaps and team messaging. Nory builds pay runs from schedules, timecards and employee data, then flags exceptions for operator review and approval. Its team handles final HMRC submissions and BACS payments; operator-controlled payments are described as coming soon. Listed integrations include Toast, Lightspeed, Vita Mojo, Square, Tevalis, Oracle Micros, Epos Now and Captiva POS. Nory offers web, Android and iOS access and describes support for operators with five locations or hundreds. Its solutions target independent brands, franchise networks, multi-location businesses and enterprise groups.
