Trintech Cadency
Trintech Cadency is a financial close platform for large enterprises managing accounting across global operations. It covers balance-sheet reconciliations, transaction matching, close management, journal entries, governance, risk and compliance, and intercompany accounting. Reconciliation workflows flag items requiring attention and applicable risks. Matching tools standardize and enrich ERP and other-source data, automate matches, and create exceptions for unmatched items. Configurable workflows and dashboards organize close activities, expose bottlenecks, and coordinate issue resolution. Supporting material is stored in an online audit-ready eBinder, with secure auditor access to a centralized compliance record. Trintech identifies ERP connectors, targeted APIs, and Data-as-a-Service, including connectors for SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite. Cadency includes an audit trail, approval workflows, multi-entity close, and native ERP connectivity. It is available through web and API access. Trintech states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and annual third-party SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 attestations, while its Trust Center lists TX-RAMP Level 2 certification. Pricing is on request.
