In their own words
O&O AppBuster
O&O AppBuster is a free Windows utility for managing and removing apps. Its listed functions include batch uninstalling, forced removal, and scanning for leftover items. A portable version is available, and no installation is required. The plan is described as freeware with no paid edition or trial period. Other listed capabilities include backup, recovery, drive optimization, and wiping. Optimization can be scheduled, run automatically, or performed at boot; shredding can also be scheduled, and free-space wiping and certified overwrite methods are listed. Recovery sources include hard drives, partitions, SSDs, memory cards, USB sticks, and digital cameras. File preview and bootable recovery are also listed. Compatibility details differ between the supplied Windows lists: one names Windows 7–10 and several Windows Server versions, while another lists Windows 10 and 11. Confirm support for the Windows version in use rather than assuming the lists describe the same range. Install monitoring and junk cleanup are specifically marked unavailable. The supplied facts also list a paid-from figure of 49.95 one-time, although the AppBuster plan itself is described as having no paid edition.
UninstallView
UninstallView is a free Windows utility from NirSoft for listing installed programs and uninstalling software on local or remote computers. With Load Windows Apps enabled, it can also list and remove Windows Apps. Information can come from the current system, other user profiles, a remote computer, an external drive, or a shadow copy. Uninstall modes include standard removal, change-install when available, and quiet uninstall when software supplies a quiet command. Remote uninstall requires Microsoft Sysinternals PsExec in the same folder; commands run as SYSTEM, and some uninstallers may not work correctly in that context. Lists can be exported to text, tab-delimited, CSV, HTML, XML, or JSON, including from the command line. The utility is portable: run UninstallView.exe without installation or extra DLL files. NirSoft lists Windows XP through Windows 11 support for 32-bit and 64-bit systems. Registry data may be supplemented by other sources and can be inaccurate.
