Octoclip
Octoclip is a clipboard workspace for copying content on one device and pasting it on another, across iPhone, Android, Windows, and macOS. It automatically saves recent items to Clip History for search and reuse. Quick Input, shortcuts, aliases, pins, collections, and filters help users retrieve clips. Nearby Sync transfers clips between paired devices on the same local or Tailscale network; Cloud Sync supports devices on different networks through user-configured WebDAV or S3 storage. Clipboard content is primarily stored locally, and Octoclip says it does not use Octoclip-owned cloud storage to store or analyze it. With a Cloud Sync master password, clip content is encrypted on-device before upload, but sync index metadata remains unencrypted in storage. The free plan includes cross-device copy and paste, Nearby Sync, Clip History and quick search, Quick Input and alias preview, and a Cloud Sync experience. Standard costs $19.99 one-time for two licensed devices; Plus costs $39.99 one-time for up to five. Paid licenses include one year of updates, while unlocked features continue working afterward. Official requirements are Windows 10 (1803) or newer, macOS 10.15 or newer, Android 8 or newer, and iOS/iPadOS 15 or newer.
Pasteable
Pasteable saves copied text, rich text, HTML, images, files, URLs, and code in a searchable clipboard history. It offers full-text and on-device semantic search, including searches for images by description. Smart collections sort clips into groups such as Photos, Code, Links, Files, and Design; users can also create collections with custom rules. On desktop, ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+V opens a keyboard-driven overlay, and system-wide snippets can expand saved clips. Clip history is stored locally in SQLite, works offline without an account, and is encrypted at rest with an operating-system-sealed key. The maker says synced clips are encrypted on the device and its servers store only ciphertext. The free plan includes unlimited local history and 25 synced clips. Pasteable Pro costs $6 a month or $60 a year; Lifetime costs $80.00 USD one-time. The site lists macOS 11+, Windows 10 and 11, and 64-bit Linux, and says iOS and Android apps are in App Store and Play Store review.
