Odyssey Map vs VoxelMap

Odyssey Map is a free, open-source minimap and fullscreen map mod for Minecraft. Players can choose circular or square minimap layouts and North-Up or Heading-Up rotation, then create custom waypoints for important locations. The mod tracks death locations automatically and can track a bed and spawn point. Configuration includes HUD position and size, transparency, marker visibility, zoom, map shape, and terrain colors. Because it is client-side, multiplayer servers do not need to install it. The listing names Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge and describes support for singleplayer, multiplayer, dedicated servers, and large modpacks. Shader support is included. Odyssey Map is licensed under Apache-2.0, and its maker, NightBeam Studio, is described as a small Minecraft mod and world studio. Cave maps are not currently supported. Listed game versions are 1.20.1, 1.21.1, 26.1.2, and 26.2. Downloads, GitHub issue reporting, and Discord support are linked, with additional waypoint, theme, team-marker, and fullscreen-map features planned.
