Overview

Weekdone is a goal-setting and team reporting platform for organizations that want to connect objectives with a regular cadence of updates. It suits SMBs that need goal tracking, weekly check-ins, and feedback in one workflow. Its strongest case is the combination of organization-wide OKRs and practical reporting; its main constraint is a free plan limited to three users.

Key features

Goals and progress

Teams can set annual and quarterly OKRs for the company, departments, teams, and individuals, with KPI and metric tracking alongside objectives. Milestones, advanced progress views, and scheduled reviews help make goals an ongoing management tool rather than a one-time planning exercise. That layered structure fits organizations coordinating work across levels, but may be more process than a small team needs for informal goal tracking.

Weekly check-ins and feedback

Weekly reports organize updates around Plans, Progress, and Problems, with customizable forms, tasks, reminders, and calendar views. The format gives teams a consistent way to surface intended work, movement, and blockers; it also depends on people maintaining a recurring reporting habit. Pulse surveys, five-point satisfaction ratings, private and public feedback, recognition, and one-on-one discussions extend the workflow beyond status reporting into team feedback.

Reporting and integrations

OKR, KPI, and weekly progress dashboards, automated email reports, and exportable custom reports provide several ways to follow results. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, Asana, Basecamp, Google Tasks, Google Sheets, and Zapier, which can help connect the reporting routine to existing collaboration and task tools. The REST API returns JSON and uses OAuth 2.0 authentication, a useful option for teams building their own connections.

Security and data

Weekdone says it uses HTTPS and SSH encryption, firewalls, and a high-security data center, while acknowledging that no security method protects against every threat. It states that it is GDPR compliant, stores data in the EU, and can provide a DPA on request. These commitments may matter to organizations assessing data handling, though they do not remove the need for buyers to evaluate their own security requirements.

Pricing

Weekdone uses a freemium model. The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and supports up to three users, with full features and live chat and OKR coaching/support listed. That makes it a useful way for a small team to use the complete feature set, but the seat cap means a larger organization will need another plan. A 14-day trial is also offered. The pricing note does not give a paid-plan price, so larger teams should expect custom pricing rather than assume a per-user rate.

The pricing page lists live chat, onboarding, team training, webinars, quarterly OKR reviews, and unlimited customized coaching sessions. Those services could help teams establish an OKR routine, particularly if they are new to structured goal reviews; buyers should confirm which services apply to the plan they are considering.

Platforms

Weekdone runs on web and Windows, with apps for Android, iPhone, and iPad. Chrome and Firefox add-ons let users open and update weekly report forms from the browser toolbar. An API is also available for teams that need programmatic access.

Who it's for

Weekdone describes itself as built for SMBs and ideal for organizations with 10 to 1,000 employees. Its combination of cascading goals, regular check-ins, reporting, and feedback is best suited to teams that want a defined operating rhythm around objectives. It is less compelling for buyers who need a free product for more than three people or only want lightweight, occasional goal tracking.

Pros and cons

Pros: OKRs span company, department, team, and personal levels, with KPI tracking, milestones, advanced progress views, and scheduled reviews.
Pros: Weekly reporting and feedback features keep goals connected to execution and team conversations.
Pros: Broad integrations, exportable reports, and a REST API support teams that need to connect progress reporting with other tools.
Cons: The free plan stops at three users, so even a small team beyond that cap must look at paid pricing.
Cons: Weekly updates require a continuing reporting habit, which may not suit teams that prefer less structured goal management.
Cons: Paid pricing is custom, making it harder to judge costs for a larger team before contacting Weekdone.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, browse OKR Software and Goal Tracking Apps. Perdoo is worth considering if a five-user free plan and Strategy Maps matter more than Weekdone's listed three-user cap. Profit.co is a paid option with a free trial and custom module and user-count pricing for its Enterprise plan. ROKR offers a five-user free tier with one team and a 5,000-call monthly API quota, making it a fit for buyers who want those explicit limits. Axiean has a free plan for up to three users with 20,000 AI tokens per month and never expires. Futureworks may suit teams comparing annual EUR per-user pricing by seat band. Tability is an alternative for buyers looking for a paid OKR and check-in plan with a strategy map and integrations. Devokr is an option for teams that need a free tier for up to 10 users and self-hosted platform support. Mooncamp is a paid alternative with a five-user minimum and a customizable goal system.

Verdict

Weekdone is a strong choice for SMBs that want quarterly and annual goals tied to weekly updates, feedback, and reporting rather than managed in separate routines. Its layered OKRs and broad reporting options are the main reasons to choose it; the three-user free cap and custom-priced paid plans are the reasons to look elsewhere if cost predictability or a larger free tier comes first.
