In their own words

OKR Studio

OKR Studio is a web platform for planning, tracking, and evaluating Objectives and Key Results. Its AI writing assistant generates objectives and measurable key results, while validation checks them against best practices. Teams can run quarterly, monthly, or custom-length cycles with structured check-ins and end-of-cycle evaluations. Alignment views connect objectives across teams, including dependencies and shared goals. Analytics cover cycle pace, completion trends, team alignment, confidence scores, and historical comparisons. The Free plan supports up to three users and two cycles, with unlimited OKRs, AI writing and validation, alignment views, and email support. Pro adds unlimited cycles, advanced reporting and analytics, integrations, an MCP Server, and priority support; it costs $9 per user per month, with annual billing listed as $8 per month. Pro charges contributors, while viewers and stakeholders are free and unlimited. Listed integrations include Linear, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. The MCP Server lets compatible assistants query OKR data in real time. Enterprise includes SSO, organization-wide MFA enforcement, and a dedicated account manager. The product is built by Malmö-based Venueve AB.

Operately

Operately is open-source goal and project management software for connecting OKR tracking with project execution and built-in check-ins. Teams can manage cascading goals, review progress, and organize work through projects, kanban boards, message boards, documents, and workflows. The codebase is licensed under Apache 2.0. Operately runs on the web, through an API, or as a Docker self-hosted deployment that takes about five minutes to set up. It provides an external API and CLI, plus MCP connections for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI clients. API endpoints require tokens, with read-only tokens unable to make mutations. Security features include HTTPS/TLS in transit, encryption for sensitive data at rest, role-based controls, monitoring, and automated backups. When AI features are enabled, content may be sent to OpenAI, and those features can be disabled in account settings. Plans include Free at free, Pro at $49 a month, Business at $149 a month, and Unlimited at $249 a month.
