In their own words
OmniClip
OmniClip syncs clipboard text, images, and files among a user’s connected devices. It is available on the web, iOS, Android, and as a Chrome extension; the maker describes copying between combinations such as Mac and Android or iPhone and Windows PC. Users can search clipboard history to retrieve items and save frequently used clips, including links, addresses, and email templates, as favorites. Notifications can report when content is copied on another device. Optional end-to-end encryption protects content on the device before cloud transfer; when enabled, the maker says only the user can decrypt it. Other listed safeguards include TLS 1.3 in transit, encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication support, and OAuth 2.0. Google Firebase is listed for authentication and data storage, and Google Sign-In for account authentication. OmniClip is currently free, though storage limits may apply. The maker says applicable limits will be communicated and may concern item count, file size, or total capacity.
Pasteable
Pasteable saves copied text, rich text, HTML, images, files, URLs, and code in a searchable clipboard history. It offers full-text and on-device semantic search, including searches for images by description. Smart collections sort clips into groups such as Photos, Code, Links, Files, and Design; users can also create collections with custom rules. On desktop, ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+V opens a keyboard-driven overlay, and system-wide snippets can expand saved clips. Clip history is stored locally in SQLite, works offline without an account, and is encrypted at rest with an operating-system-sealed key. The maker says synced clips are encrypted on the device and its servers store only ciphertext. The free plan includes unlimited local history and 25 synced clips. Pasteable Pro costs $6 a month or $60 a year; Lifetime costs $80.00 USD one-time. The site lists macOS 11+, Windows 10 and 11, and 64-bit Linux, and says iOS and Android apps are in App Store and Play Store review.
