PushPulse

PushPulse is a safety and security operations platform for organizations coordinating responses to keep people safe. Its tools include mass notifications, panic buttons, incident management, push-to-talk and chat, forms and reporting, a document library, and live site views. Teams can send alerts by push notification, SMS, email, or voice, use safe/not-safe polls, and track responses in real time. The service runs on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Essentials costs $540 a year for up to 100 contacts; Plus is $780 a year and adds SMS, custom documents and forms, multilingual notifications, acknowledgements, poll questions, and guided onboarding. Unified costs $1,080 a year and adds multiple locations, audio channels, voice notifications, third-party integrations, API access, and webhooks. PushPulse offers a 14-day trial, but no free plan. Pricing depends on the number of users sending and receiving alerts; text messages and voice calls are billed through usage-based credit packs. The company says data is encrypted at rest and in transit, customer environments are logically isolated, and access is role-based.
