It pairs branded customer and driver apps for iOS and Android with web booking, dispatch, and administration tools. Operators can manage drivers, billing plans, performance reports, analytics, discounts, and referral programs. Dispatch tools show driver availability and activity, help locate orders and addresses, and provide order-event details. Customers can place immediate or advance orders, add multiple drop-offs, save favorite addresses, chat with drivers, share rides, and use an SOS button. Driver tools include registration, order assignment, automated billing, passenger ratings, chat, and acceptance choices for rides and preorders. Payment options include cash, cards, terminals, and 10+ gateways, with availability dependent on the gateway system. The platform offers REST and WebSocket APIs, integrations, a test sandbox, and open-source client examples. Pricing starts at $99/mo, with a 14-day trial; plans also list one-time fees and revenue shares.
