In their own words

OneCap

OneCap is a web-based financial reconciliation platform for enterprise finance teams. It validates and reconciles transactions across ERPs, marketplaces, payment channels and banks, covering supplier and customer ledgers, bank and payment gateway records, inter-company accounts, card settlements, GL, nostro, treasury and payments. Its Ask mode handles natural-language financial queries, Run mode supports recurring finance processes, and Reconcile mode focuses on reconciliation. Matching rules can account for tolerances, reference priorities, grouping, partial settlements, chargebacks and timing differences; they can also improve from resolved exceptions. OneCap classifies exceptions by likely accounting cause and recognizes reversals, accruals, adjustments and carry-forward balances. It can ingest financial files and feeds including bank statements, PDFs, emails, portal exports and APIs. Named integrations include TallyPrime, Zoho Books, Odoo, ERPNext and Focus. The service offers 10 free ledger reconciliations without a credit card; paid plan prices are custom quotes. OneCap says financial data is encrypted with AES-256, connections use TLS 1.3, and its infrastructure runs on AWS.

speedRecon

speedRecon is web-based bank reconciliation software for comparing accounting records with bank records, reviewing unmatched transactions, grouping matches, and completing reconciliation statements. Users import records from CSV or Excel files; the service does not connect directly to banks at launch. Matching rules can use references, dates, amounts, text, tolerances, case sensitivity, and combinations of rules. Manual grouped matching supports one-to-many and many-to-many transactions. An activity timeline records review actions, grouped matches, and completion records. Company workspaces keep reconciliations, uploaded files, collaborators, and related records separate, with role-aware owner and collaborator access. HTTPS encrypts information in transit, account registration requires email verification, and two-factor authentication is available on supported plans. The free plan costs nothing and allows three reconciliations monthly, files up to 300 rows, one user, and 30-day file retention. Premium costs 299 GHS a month, while Enterprise costs 499 GHS a month. Paid plans increase reconciliation and file-row limits and include longer retention; Enterprise supports up to eight users and team collaboration. The service is intended for SMEs, accountants, finance departments, schools, churches, NGOs, and growing businesses.
