In their own words
OneTab
OneTab turns open browser tabs into a saved list that users can restore one at a time or all at once. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and other browsers, and is listed for macOS and Windows. The maker says reducing open tabs can save up to 95% of memory. Saved tabs can be organized into folders, reordered, merged, or managed with quick lists, search, tasks, and stars. Users can import and export tab lists or share a list as a web page. OneTab is free, with no signup required for tab saving and organization. Its optional Backup & Sync encrypts data on the device before upload and uses end-to-end AES-256 encryption, according to the maker. Sync covers saved tabs and settings, not browsing history or currently open tabs. OneTab remains accessible offline, and changes made offline sync when the user is online again. A single Backup & Sync license covers multiple computers, browsers, and profiles, up to 100.
Tabmanager.io
Tabmanager.io is a browser extension for organizing open tabs and windows. Users can search and filter by title or URL, sort tabs, group them by domain, suspend them, find tabs playing sound and remove duplicates. Window controls let users rename windows, move tabs between windows by drag and drop, open tabs in new windows and merge windows. Saved windows can be restored, and smart restore opens tabs suspended. Session History offers a timeline for restoring individual windows or tabs and can save snapshots automatically in case the browser crashes. Users can also create URLs to share windows. The extension runs on Chromium-based browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi and Opera. Its Free plan costs nothing and includes window and session management, saved sessions and windows, session history and basic support. Advanced costs $35.88 a year and includes Backup & Sync and priority support. Session history is saved on the local machine, not in the cloud.
