Ongoing WMS

Ongoing WMS is a cloud-based warehouse management system for logistics-intensive businesses, including third-party logistics providers and companies running their own warehouses. Its browser-based scanning app supports inbound work, putaway, movements, refill, picking, packing, and stocktaking, using barcodes, QR codes, or RFID on warehouse devices running Android, Apple, or Windows. Warehouse operations include multiple sites and clients, order handling, inventory traceability, returns, cross-docking, kitting, production orders, and multiple logistics flows. Listed integrations cover ecommerce, ERP, shipping platforms and carriers, transport planning, customs, purchasing, inventory software, and warehouse automation. API access is included, with REST, SOAP, and automation APIs plus webhooks. The platform fee is €1,299 per month and includes five warehouse users; additional named-user licenses are priced by tier. A one-time €6,200 onboarding and configuration fee includes 40 hours. A free tryout is offered, with no duration stated. Ongoing says it has been ISO/IEC 27001 certified since 15 January 2025 and complies with the NIS2 Directive. The company was founded in Gothenburg in 2008.
