In their own words
Pactly
Pactly is a cloud contract management platform for creating, reviewing, negotiating, and managing agreements. Business teams can use templates and fill-in-the-blank questionnaires to prepare drafts for legal review. Smart Templates and Playbooks help identify redlines, compare versions, and apply institutional preferences during negotiations. A contract repository, document version timelines, and automated reminders cover storage and key milestones or renewals. AI-assisted review checks external contracts against default or customized playbooks and uses third-party AI technology. Pactly provides a REST API for accessing and generating contracts, connecting internal systems, and triggering custom actions. Integrations include DocuSign and Adobe Sign; Ultimate lists SharePoint integration for backup only. Pactly says it is ISO 27001 certified and PDPA compliant, encrypts data at rest and communications in transit, and hosts infrastructure in Singapore. It supports two-factor authentication; SSO is listed for enterprise customers and as an Ultimate feature. The paid service has no free plan and offers a 30-day trial. Essentials is $99 a month, billed monthly on an annual plan, with a one-user minimum.
