OnPage is an incident alerting and communication platform that routes high-priority notifications to on-call responders through schedules and configured policies. Secure two-way messaging supports collaboration during time-sensitive events. Alerts can arrive by email, SMS, phone call, or mobile push, with persistent and alert-until-read delivery options. On-call management includes calendars, schedulers, reminders, escalation groups, and failover groups. OnPage supports Android, iOS, web, and API access. It says it connects to more than 200 systems through integrations, email, webhooks, or HTTP requests; named connections include ServiceNow, ConnectWise, AWS CloudWatch, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Datadog, and OpenEMR. Plans list real-time stamped audit trails and six-year data retention.
