In their own words

OnSIP

OnSIP is a business phone system with multiple business numbers, an auto attendant, custom call routing, and voicemail transcription. It provides desktop and mobile apps as well as a browser softphone, available in Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. Apps are listed for Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android. The free plan supports up to 100 users and unlimited extensions, and includes Zendesk, HubSpot, and Odoo integrations. Free SIP accounts cannot dial regular phone numbers; paid plans offer a SIP-to-PSTN gateway. Paid plans start at $18.95/user/mo, and a 30-day trial is listed. Month-to-month contracts are available, with payment based on users and features. A SIP address can have active registrations on up to 10 devices. Softphone apps provide end-to-end encryption, and encryption is also available for desk phones. When both parties use the OnSIP app, professional call-link media is encrypted using DTLS SRTP. The Admin Portal supports setup, real-time feature edits, payment and contact management, and invoices.

PortSIP PBX

PortSIP PBX is a multi-tenant communications platform for service providers and MVNOs offering Cloud PBX, UCaaS, CPaaS, and CCaaS services. It brings together call routing, SMS, WhatsApp, team messaging, contact center functions, and voice and video meetings. Customers can run it in their own data center, on premises, or on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud; Docker deployment is supported. PortSIP says a deployment can support 50,000–100,000 simultaneous online users. Contact center tools include skill-based routing, queue strategies, wallboards, analytics, callback, and real-time monitoring and training. AI features include call and voicemail transcription, generated notes and summaries, and sentiment analysis. Microsoft 365 integration supports user provisioning, SSO, and directory and contact synchronization. Developer options include REST APIs, Pub/Sub, messaging APIs, webhooks, a calling SDK, and call control APIs. The Free Edition costs nothing and includes all features, up to two simultaneous calls, and three extensions. Paid perpetual and annual licenses provide access to all features and are based on extension users; prices require a quote. The platform and its apps support SRTP and DTLS-SRTP media encryption, with AES-256 when enabled. The product page advertises 24 x 7 support.
