Smarty Address Verification
Smarty Address Verification checks, standardizes, and validates US addresses against address data. It analyzes address components and reports what changed and why, including validation down to apartment or suite numbers and up to 55 metadata points. Smarty says its US coverage includes more than 210 million addresses, including over 20 million non-postal addresses; international verification covers 250 countries and territories.
Addresses can be checked individually, by bulk upload, or through an API, including no-code bulk verification. SmartyKey is a persistent identifier intended to help identify duplicates and merge datasets. Listed integrations include Zapier, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, QGIS, and JavaScript. The Zapier action handles up to 100 US addresses per batch and requires an active product license. Smarty lists USPS CASS and AICPA SOC 2 certifications and HIPAA compliance. The 42-day trial includes 1,000 lookups without a credit card. The Professional plan costs $552 a year.
