SchoolMint Hero
SchoolMint Hero is a K–12 platform for managing behavior and attendance in schools and districts. For tardies, students can scan an ID, record the arrival, print a pass, and update the attendance record. Schools define positive and negative behaviors and attach rewards or consequences. Hero supports PBIS and can be configured for SEL, MTSS, RTI, or a school-defined framework. Reward tools include customizable points, school house systems, and digital reward stores. Preloaded and customizable reports show behavior patterns by student, teacher, grade, or demographic group. Parents and guardians can receive text or email notifications when behaviors are recorded. Dedicated teacher, parent, and student apps are available; the student app displays points, rewards, and behavior history. The platform runs on the web, iOS, and Android. Schools can synchronize student and schedule files from an SIS using SFTP. SchoolMint says the rebuilt platform uses modern cloud architecture and aligns with SOC 2 Type II security standards. It serves public districts, charter networks, and individual schools. Pricing varies by school size and user count and is available on request.
