OpenText AI Operations Management (formerly Operations Bridge) vs Riverbed Agentic AI

OpenText AI Operations Management, formerly Operations Bridge, is a paid AIOps platform for correlating observability data with application, infrastructure, and network service models to help prevent incidents. Its diagnostic AI agent examines topology, events, changes, and telemetry and presents evidence for findings. Learned baselines support anomaly detection, while AI event correlation reduces noise. Discovery and monitoring cover hybrid-cloud infrastructure and services, either automatically or as code for new environments and applications. Automated remediation runs predefined tasks with policy guardrails, role-based access, approvals, and an audit trail. OpenText lists more than 1,000 prebuilt integrations across ITSM, cloud, and monitoring tools, including ServiceNow, Datadog, Jira, Splunk, and VMware. Deployment options include SaaS, hybrid, on premises, and fully air-gapped AI. SaaS traffic is encrypted in transit, applicable service policies are audited annually, and support is 24x7 with a 99.9% availability SLA. Pricing is on request; no free plan is listed, but a 60-day trial is offered without a credit card when already installed.
