Spider Impact
Spider Impact brings organizational performance information together to help track progress against strategic goals and inform decisions. It supports KPIs, balanced scorecards, earned value management, reports, alerts, dashboards, strategy maps, and initiative tracking. Impact Assistant takes questions in plain language and responds with answers and charts. Data can be imported from spreadsheets, SQL databases, and modern web APIs; online forms support manual entry. Spider Impact says it connects to over 5,000 web applications through web service connections, native integrations, or Zapier. Organizations can use Spider’s hosted cloud service or run the software on premises in their own data centers. The company says the product serves businesses across industries, governments, and nonprofits, and provides support, training, webinars, and educational videos. Its 30-day trial includes an introductory demo, login credentials after the demo, and ongoing guidance. There is no free plan, and pricing is on request. Screen exports require 10 or more user licenses, while sharing dashboards, strategy maps, and forms with non-users requires 25 or more users.
