OptiSigns
OptiSigns turns screens and TVs into digital signage for customers and employees. Its content management system supports drag-and-drop publishing, templates, playlists and scheduling, while remote controls let users update screens across locations. It handles image, video, PDF and PowerPoint files, along with content from services such as YouTube and Google Slides. The platform lists more than 140 apps and integrations, including weather, Instagram and Power BI. Team tools include user roles, workspaces, approval workflows and collaboration; a mobile admin app supports remote screen and content management. Supported platforms include Android, Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi and browsers, as well as other hardware platforms. The free plan allows up to three supported screen types, 25 basic apps and 1GB of storage, and displays OptiSigns branding on screens. Free playlists are limited to 30 items and 200MB. Paid plans are priced per screen: Standard is $9 a month billed annually. A 14-day trial is offered without a credit card.
