It connects with Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books, and can combine accounting data across systems, countries and entities without requiring a standard general ledger. CRM integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, with Stripe listed for billing. Reporting includes SaaS metrics, reports, dashboards and presentations; Starter includes MRR and ARR, while Growth includes 30+ automated SaaS metrics. The web product also lists approval workflows, an audit trail, multi-entity close and native ERP connectivity. ScaleXP is paid, with plans from £100/mo and a 7-day trial that requires no credit card. Starter is limited to up to 2 users and 200 invoices per month; additional subsidiaries cost extra by plan.
