Oracle Payments Cloud Service
Oracle Payments Cloud Service handles payments for hotels and restaurants through the web. It accepts debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay, and supports card-present, online, mobile, and tableside payments. Workflows include deposit and preauthorization rules, bar tabs, contactless payments, dynamic currency conversion, pay-at-table payments, and receipt printing. Tokenization supports card-data processing; Oracle says transactions use end-to-end encryption and the service complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. In OPERA Cloud, Pay by Link can be enabled and configured with deposit rules and email templates. A reconciliation workflow compares card revenue posted in OPERA Cloud PMS with amounts processed, settled, and paid out through Oracle Payments. Oracle describes pricing as flat-rate, pay-as-you-go, month-to-month, without long-term contracts, additional service or convenience fees, or monthly minimums, but lists no numeric rate. The service is available in the United States and United Kingdom. Oracle says hospitality experts assist with deployment and customers have a single support team available 24/7/365.
RateTiger Channel Manager
RateTiger Channel Manager is a cloud-based web platform for accommodation providers managing rates, availability, and inventory across distribution channels. It updates those details in real time from one interface, using two-way XML connections to OTAs, GDS, metasearch services, wholesalers, and property management systems. eRevMax says its channel ecosystem includes over 450 channel and technology partners. Automatic room mapping applies rules for each extranet's capabilities and restrictions, while pooled inventory supports last-room availability. Users can open or close availability across websites with one click. Related services and add-ons include allocation management and alerts, reservation delivery and reports, GDS and metasearch distribution, and rate shopping. The GDS add-on covers Pegasus, Worldspan, Sabre, and Apollo. eRevMax states 99.5% system uptime and says RateTiger is ISO- and PCI-certified and GDPR-compliant; it also advertises 24/7 multilingual support. The company says it serves luxury hotel chains, mid-size groups, and independent boutique properties worldwide. The product page directs prospective customers to request a demo and does not state a Channel Manager price.
