Overview

Orhuk is booking and operations software for sports and fitness facilities that run court reservations alongside organized activities. It is best suited to clubs that want memberships, payments, and facility scheduling in one service without a subscription. Its main trade-off is a 3% booking fee on transactions, in addition to Stripe’s standard processing fees.

Customers book through a facility-branded site, where they can check availability, pay, manage memberships, and sign waivers. Orhuk says it has no built-in marketplace steering a facility’s members toward competing businesses, which suits operators who want bookings to remain within their own customer channel.

Key features

Scheduling and facility operations

Orhuk handles court reservations as well as open play, round robins, ladder leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and waitlists. That breadth is useful for venues running a program of activities, rather than only selling court time. Drag-and-drop scheduling, maintenance windows, and staff shift management support day-to-day coordination; point of sale and multi-location support extend the system beyond a single booking calendar.

Memberships and payments

Membership management, credits, session packs, and digital waivers with e-signatures support recurring customers and prepaid sessions. Online payment collection is included, with payments processed through the facility’s own Stripe account. Facilities can pass the 3% booking fee to players by default or absorb it themselves, and Stripe’s standard processing fees also apply. Access control is not included, so venues needing that capability will have to look elsewhere.

AI tools and integrations

Orhuk describes an AI assistant that can change pricing, staff schedules, and bookings using natural language, with a preview before changes are applied. It also says AI can configure courts, open play, and pricing in six minutes. These tools may speed setup and routine changes, but facilities should expect to review proposed changes before applying them.

Integrations include Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Razorpay, DOKU, an embeddable booking widget, webhooks, and a REST API. The mix gives operators payment, accounting, calendar, and custom connection options.

Pricing

Orhuk’s Free plan has custom pricing: there is no subscription or monthly fee, and the charge is a flat 3% per transaction. All features are included, with unlimited resources and team members; there are no tiers or caps. That makes the plan suitable for facilities that want the full feature set without a recurring software bill, but the transaction fee may matter to venues with substantial booking volume. Players cover the fee by default, though the facility can absorb it. Stripe’s standard processing fees apply separately.

There are no cheaper limited plans to trade off against a paid tier: the Free plan includes everything. The no-subscription structure avoids a fixed software cost, but the per-transaction charge remains relevant as bookings grow.

Platforms

Orhuk supports web, Android, iOS, and API access. Customer booking is through the web, and supported court types include pickleball, tennis, and basketball.

Who it's for

Orhuk is aimed at pickleball clubs, racquet facilities, sports venues, climbing gyms, and boutique fitness studios. It is particularly well matched to operators combining reservations with leagues, clinics, lessons, or tournaments, and to multi-location facilities that want memberships and staff operations alongside bookings. A venue that needs access control should choose a service that includes it.

Pros and cons

Broad scheduling coverage: Court bookings, programmed activities, and waitlists fit facilities with varied calendars.
No resource or team-member caps: All features are included without tiers, so operators need not trade features for a larger plan.
Facility-owned booking channel: A branded booking site and no competing-business marketplace help keep customer bookings in the facility’s own channel.
Transaction costs remain: The 3% booking fee applies in addition to Stripe’s standard processing fees, even without a subscription.
No access control: Facilities that need that function will need another solution or a different product.

Alternatives

Court Reservation Software is a broader category guide for comparing booking tools.

PickLM offers approved clubs full feature access through its Founder Membership during its launch period at no charge.
CourtReserve is a paid option with Launch at $159.00 USD per month billed annually for eight courts, and Advance at $329.00 USD per month billed annually for 16 courts.

Verdict

Choose Orhuk if your facility needs broad scheduling, memberships, and operations without a subscription or caps on resources and team members. The 3% booking fee plus Stripe processing is the main reason to compare alternatives, especially if your venue would rather pay for software than incur a fee on every transaction.
