In their own words
Owlfiles
Owlfiles is a file manager for browsing, managing, and transferring files among devices, computers, NAS, servers, and cloud storage. It supports common file operations such as renaming, sorting, deleting, copying, moving, and organizing files into folders. Connections include WebDAV, NFS, FTP, SFTP, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, and S3, and files can be copied directly between supported locations. Documents can be opened or edited with Acrobat, Office, or iWork, with changes saved to their original location. The app streams popular video and music formats without downloading them first and supports CUE and M3U playlists. It can back up photos from iOS and Android devices and schedule folder synchronization in either or both directions. Basic costs nothing and allows up to three connections. Pro costs $1.99 a month, billed monthly, or $29.99, paid once for the lifetime plan; both paid options include unlimited connections, photo backup, and file sync. Supported platforms include iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, tvOS, and Android TV.
QSpace
QSpace is a macOS file manager with a multi-pane interface for comparing folders and copying or moving files. It offers 12 layouts, dual-pane browsing, tabs, and window workspaces that can be reopened to resume earlier tasks. Users can filter files in a pane by keywords or search globally with the Spotlight index. Customization includes toolbars, context menus, hotkeys, sidebar groups, colors, and icons. The app also supports batch renaming, archive handling, and cloud storage access. Its Server Connections extension supports more than 20 server types and cloud services, including FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Amazon S3. The maker says it supports macOS 10.15 or later on Intel and Apple chips. A free plan and 30-day trial are listed. Enhanced Archiver is free; Stash Shelf, Server Connections, and Advanced Batch Rename each cost $0.99 as a one-time purchase. QSpace Pro allows one account to be used on at most two devices at the same time. The MAS plan is described as having no trials and no refunds.
