In their own words

Packly

Packly is a web platform for structural packaging design, dieline creation, 3D mockups, and printing. Users can upload artwork for an interactive model that displays finishes such as gold, silver, or varnishes. ShareLinks let others view a packaging model through a link without receiving native files. Studio Mode supports custom thickness from 0.2 to 1.8 mm and a 1200×1700 mm work area, though printing is unavailable in that mode. Plans set monthly or annual allowances for dieline templates and 3D mockups, and unused allowances expire when a subscription period ends. The Basic plan is free and includes three templates and three mockups per month. Light+ costs €37 /month; Pro+ costs €379 /year; Custom starts from €699 /year. A subscription is not required to purchase printed packaging, and Packly says designs can be printed with it or elsewhere. Custom box orders range from 1 to 1 million pieces, with no minimum quantity. Packly also describes APIs for integrating its generators into external applications.

ZebraDesigner

ZebraDesigner provides Windows software for designing labels, tags, and receipts, from basic text layouts to designs using RFID or fixed and variable data. Essentials includes text, barcode, and graphic objects, keyboard, date, time, and counter data sources, plus a GS1-128 barcode wizard. Professional adds connections to Excel, Access, text files, and other databases through ODBC, and supports printing and encoding RFID labels. Developer tools create ZPL templates for integration with other applications; listed options include Enterprise Connector for Oracle apps, PrintConnect, Print Station, and Zebra's XML-enabled printing solution. ZebraDesigner 3 can open legacy label formats from ZebraDesigner 2, and its interface is available in 20 languages. Supported systems are Windows 10 and 11 desktop editions and Windows Server 2019, 2022, and 2025. Remote Desktop Services and virtual machines are not supported, except Hyper-V technologies. Essentials and Developer editions cost nothing. Professional costs $345, paid once as an activation license key, limited to one computer.
