In their own words

Parasoft SOAtest

Parasoft SOAtest automates functional, security and performance testing for APIs and microservices. It can create data-driven, multi-step API tests from recorded traffic or natural-language input without code, and supports more than 120 message formats and protocols, including MCP-based systems. Teams can reuse functional cases for penetration testing or convert them into scriptless, protocol-based performance tests that scale across machines and connect to CI/CD pipelines. Change Advisor identifies API changes and supports bulk refactoring of affected cases; Test Impact Analysis links tests to code changes so teams can run a smaller set. Named integrations include Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo and TeamCity, with an extension framework for other workflows. The product runs on Windows, Linux and macOS, with desktop, automation-server and web-server deployment options. Appium supports mobile testing on iOS and Android. Reports are available in HTML, PDF, XML and customizable formats, with centralized reporting and analytics available through Parasoft DTP. Pricing is on request. The product page offers a 14-day trial guided by a Parasoft Solution Engineer.

It supports REST and GraphQL APIs, Postman Collections, and OpenAPI 2 and 3 specifications in YAML, YML, or JSON. Authenticated scans can use request headers, including Basic Authorization and JWT tokens. Reports include risk summaries, vulnerability evidence, remediation advice, and a list of more than 40 tests; export options vary by plan and include PDF, HTML, CSV, XLSX, or editable DOCX. Listed integrations include Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, webhooks, Nucleus, Vanta, Burp Suite, AWS, Azure Marketplace, GitHub Actions, and a REST API. A free plan is available. Paid plans start at $95 per month; API scanning is limited in NetSec and included in WebNetSec. The seven-day full-scanner trial requires a business email and card, and costs nothing if canceled before day eight. The company says customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and reports are deleted 30 days after generation.
