Parsio Receipt OCR
Parsio Receipt OCR extracts merchant name, date, line items, taxes, and totals from receipts for finance and operations workflows. It accepts scanned PDFs, photos, emailed receipts, and attachments, including printed, handwritten, or digital receipts in multiple languages. Its pre-trained model needs no template setup or field mapping. Receipts can be uploaded manually, emailed, or imported through the API and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make. Exports include XLSX, CSV, and JSON, with a REST API and customizable JSON webhooks also available. Parsio names QuickBooks, Xero, and Google Sheets as accounting integrations and says it connects to more than 6,000 apps through Zapier, Make, and its API. The free plan provides 30 credits per month, 30-day retention, and one user; no credit card is required. Paid plans start at $24 per month. A document or PDF page uses one, two, or three credits depending on parser type, and unused credits expire at the billing period's end. Parsio says customer data is encrypted and not used to train AI models, with configurable retention from 1 to 180 days.
