Patcher64+ Tool vs PyPatcherGBA

Patcher64+ Tool patches ROM files and Wii Virtual Console WAD titles using included or custom patches. Native mode handles ROM files, while Wii VC mode works with WADs. The tool currently supports Nintendo 64, NES, and SNES consoles and accepts BPS, IPS, Xdelta, VCDiff, and PPF3 patch files.
