In their own words
Paubox Email Encryption
Paubox Email Encryption is a web service for sending protected email, presented through its healthcare solution. Delivery uses a link, and recipients verify access with a password. Outlook and Gmail integrations are included, along with administrator access controls. Messages do not expire, and attachments have a listed limit of 150. Paubox has no free plan, but offers a 14-day trial. Its three plans are billed annually and cover up to five senders: Standard costs $29 a month, Plus costs $59 a month, and Premium costs $69 a month. The pricing note gives a starting price of $29/mo on an annual term. Buyers can compare the plan levels while considering link-based delivery, password verification, supported mail integrations, and the administrative controls available for a small sender group.
Scrollout F1
Scrollout F1 is a free email gateway that adds anti-spam and anti-virus protection to existing mail servers. It lists Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, Postfix, Exim and Qmail among compatible servers, and one installation can protect unlimited domain names and email servers. Mail controls include DKIM signing and verification, SPF verification with SRS for forwarding, DMARC support and recipient checks through Active Directory or LDAP. Filtering covers executable files, malicious content, scripts, forged domains and invalid or unknown hosts. Routing features include smarthost relaying, per-domain outbound IP pools, backup delivery and fallback to alternative servers. The gateway offers separate quarantines, per-domain spam scoring, TLS 1.2 and an option to require encrypted server connections. Deployment options include Hyper-V, VMware, VirtualBox, KVM, XEN and bare metal; OpenVZ is not supported. It is available as a 64-bit ISO or install-from-scratch option, both requiring internet access during installation. The maker describes it for Linux and Windows administrators without advanced email security experience.
