PayHere Checkout
PayHere Checkout is an online payment gateway for businesses in Sri Lanka accepting remote payments from local and foreign customers. Merchants can collect through payment links, shopping cart plugins, checkout APIs, or mobile SDKs; PayHere Links work without a website. Onsite Checkout keeps payment within a merchant’s website, with credentials captured in an iframe served by PCI DSS certified backends. Supported methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, HelaPay, Frimi, Genie, iPay, Q Plus, and Sampath Vishwa. Listed currencies are LKR, USD, GBP, EUR, and AUD. The service supports recurring payments and subscriptions, and lists plugins for platforms including OpenCart, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, and Moodle. Recurring pages support weekly, monthly, or yearly billing, including a future start date. Pages can be embedded on a website or online store, or shared by email and social media. The service can retry failed payments up to three times on a configured schedule.
