In their own words
Tactical RMM
Tactical RMM is a remote monitoring and management platform for IT professionals and managed service providers. It supports Windows, macOS, and Linux, and can be self-hosted or managed. Technicians can start remote desktop sessions, use a remote shell, and manage files on endpoints. Patch policies help approve and deploy Windows updates and manage reboots. Automation policies deploy configurations and scripts, including PowerShell, Python, Bash, and other languages. Monitoring checks hardware health, services, event logs, and custom script outputs, with alerts. Reports can use templates or custom formats, with PDF output and interactive web dashboards. The platform describes itself as source-available and provides role-based permissions. Pricing is freemium, with a free plan and paid plans from $55/mo. Tier 1 Starter self-hosted costs $55 a month for 0 to 199 endpoints; the hosted version costs $65 a month for 0 to 100 endpoints. Nonprofits receive a complimentary tier upgrade with self-hosted subscriptions, not hosted ones.
