Pearspark
Pearspark is school-management software for small private schools, microschools, classical schools, and homeschool co-ops. It combines attendance, gradebooks and report cards, class scheduling, library checkout, volunteer management, and portals for parents and students. Schools can embed tour booking, interest forms, and applications on an existing website; accepting an applicant creates a student record and portal access.
The parent portal provides live grades, assignments, attendance, report cards, messaging, school documents, and push notifications through an installable home-screen app. Online tuition payments run through Stripe Connect on the school's own account, with a 0.5% Pearspark platform fee on online payments. Website embedding instructions cover several site builders, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Weebly, Google Sites, and GoDaddy Website Builder. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, separated by school, protected by role-based access, and kept in the United States. Pearspark says it does not send school data to AI services or use it with AI models. It runs on Android, iOS, and web. The one plan costs $50 a month, billed monthly, including the first 20 students; additional students are charged by enrollment tier.
