In their own words
Peerfold
Peerfold combines a customer education academy, community and partner program on one CRM record. Its course authoring tools include a 21-block editor, AI course creation, quizzes, exams and versioned publishing. Courses can include SCORM, video, audio, learning pathways and live sessions. The platform supports serial-numbered certificates with public verification, Open Badges 2.0, LinkedIn sharing, external issuer connectors, CEU credits, deadlines and recertification. Completions, scores, certificates and deadlines can sync to HubSpot, Salesforce or Day.ai records. Customers can use Peerfold’s hosted interface, WordPress plugin, native HubSpot app or headless delivery through React components or the API. Developer tools include an OpenAPI 3.1 REST API, signed webhooks, JavaScript and React SDKs, and MCP agent tools. Pricing starts at $149/mo billed annually, and a 14-day trial is listed; there is no free plan. The WordPress plugin is beta and not listed in the WordPress.org directory, and Peerfold is not yet in the HubSpot App Marketplace or Salesforce AppExchange. The service is hosted in the United States.
Rulewize
Rulewize generates AI-assisted employee handbooks and standard operating procedures tailored to a business’s state, industry, and policies. It monitors federal and state employment-law sources and alerts users to changes that may affect their handbooks; the product page says coverage includes more than 1,200 regulations across all 50 states. Users can review, edit, and approve proposed handbook revisions before publishing. The web service is intended for small businesses and operators across industries including restaurants, retail, healthcare, construction, and technology. Plans are billed monthly: Starter is $29 a month, Professional is $49 a month, and Business is $99 a month. A 7-day trial is offered, but there is no free plan. The plans differ in state coverage, SOP and document allowances, handbook regenerations, team members, exports, and translations. Rulewize says data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256, with organization-level row security controls. Business profile and SOP interview data are sent to Anthropic for content generation, and Rulewize says it cannot independently verify Anthropic’s data practices. The service describes itself as informational, not legal advice.
