Perk combines business travel, expenses, policies, payments, and events on one platform. It supports booking and management of flights, hotels, trains, and cars in more than 178 countries, with workflows for finance teams, travel managers, operations teams, and travelers. Perk AI can apply travel and expense policies, match receipts to transactions, route approvals, and update ERP data in real time. Its MCP connection works with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini for reports, expense approvals, and trip information. Payment options include existing corporate card feeds, ACH reimbursements, and employees' personal cards. Perk's free mobile app for Android and iOS supports travel, expense, and event management on the go. New invoices can be uploaded only through the web app, except for invoice managers using the approvals inbox. The free plan is available, with paid plans starting at $6 a month per active user; some plans also charge booking fees. Perk says customer care is available around the clock at no extra cost.
