Perspective AI Intelligent Intake vs Reframer (Qualitative Insights)

Perspective AI Intelligent Intake qualifies prospects before they reach a business, helping route suitable leads and reduce screening calls. Businesses describe their ideal client and fit criteria, then set questions and routing rules, preview the conversation, and share an intake link. Conversations can follow up on vague answers, probe inconsistencies, and ask about details that determine fit. Rules can send strong fits to a calendar, decline weak fits, or redirect referrals. Intake can appear as a website widget, popup, email link, or standalone page, with white-label branding. Each completed conversation produces a structured summary that can be routed to an inbox, CRM, or Slack. Listed use cases include legal, patient, therapy and counseling, and financial services intake. Supported integration providers include Slack, HubSpot, Gmail, Google Docs, Notion, and Confluence. Perspective says its documentation describes the service as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. All plans include 100 credits toward AI-powered conversations. The Free plan costs nothing; Pro Subscription costs $99 a month and includes 1,000 credits per month, with fresh credits monthly. The page says users can cancel anytime and start without a credit card.

Reframer (Qualitative Insights) has no write-up on Specifiction yet; its figures are above.
