In their own words
Pic-Time
Pic-Time is an online gallery and sales platform for professional photographers and videographers, combining client galleries, automation, and a print store. The store connects to more than 30 global labs and supports online payments, automatic fulfillment, and album building. Its mobile app lets photographers create galleries, upload photos and videos, use AI search, and share branded galleries. All plans include a mobile app, 24/7 support, and a portfolio page. Private galleries limit access to invited people or those invited by the main client, using secure links and optional access codes. The Free plan includes 10GB of photo storage, reduced to 3GB after six months, and 1GB of video storage. Beginner costs $7 a month when billed annually, or $8 monthly, with 20GB of photo storage and 5GB of video storage. Higher plans add features such as premium galleries, slideshows, blogs, and smart image search. Pic-Time runs on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Its Uploader accepts photos up to 100MB and 12000x10000 pixels; video clips can be up to 3 minutes and 3GB, and featured videos up to 90 minutes and 20GB. Listed integrations include Lightroom, Zapier, HoneyBook, and others.
ShootProof Portfolio Website
ShootProof Portfolio Website gives photographers a web portfolio for presenting work and connecting with potential clients where they deliver and sell photos. Its code-free setup includes an About page, Contact page, a homepage for public ShootProof galleries, and a booking page for public session types. Private galleries do not appear on the portfolio site. Photographers can choose a theme, arrange galleries alphabetically or by shoot date, group them into categories, and apply studio logos, fonts, and colors. Custom domains are supported; setting up a custom subdomain requires access to the domain hosting account. The service includes selling tools and video hosting, but not client proofing. A free plan includes 100 photos, up to 5 GB, unlimited client galleries, and a simple portfolio website. Other listed tiers include photo and video storage plans, while the Premium Plan is $50 a month, billed annually, for unlimited photos. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card. ShootProof also lists integrations and a no-charge API for connecting accounts to other apps.
