PicTiler vs Pro Photo Mosaic Creator

PicTiler is a web-based tool for turning images into photo mosaics built from smaller tile images. Users can add their own tiles or search stock photo libraries, then rely on automatic color and tone matching. Controls include tile size, tile reuse, unique color matching and overlay intensity. JPG, PNG and WebP are listed as supported formats for inputs and downloads. The maker says mosaics can be downloaded at up to 4K resolution, and the listed maximum output resolution is 14400 px. The maker says image processing happens in the browser and uploaded images are not sent to its servers. Mosaic history, preferences and app state are stored locally using IndexedDB. Basic use needs no account or signup. Image search may send queries to Unsplash, Pexels or Pixabay. Personal and commercial use are allowed, provided users have rights to images they upload or use.
