Planner 5D
Planner 5D lets users create home, landscape, and office floor plans and designs in 2D and 3D. Users can draw plans, furnish and decorate rooms, and switch between the two views. Its AI tools are described as helping generate ideas, explore layouts, and test styles. Existing JPG, PNG, PDF, DWG, and DXF plans can be uploaded for recognition; PRO users can export 2D plans in DWG or DXF. The free plan costs nothing, has no time limit, and includes unlimited projects, core 2D/3D design, and half the furniture catalogue. Paid pricing is listed from $19.99/mo. Premium is $59.99 a year; Professional is $399.99 a year. Projects sync across supported devices using the same account, but Android-only subscriptions do not support cross-platform synchronization. RoomSketcher
RoomSketcher is floor plan and home design software for making layouts, furnishing and decorating rooms, and viewing designs in 3D. AI Convert takes a JPG, PNG, or PDF plan and turns walls, doors, and windows into editable project elements in under five seconds. FloorCapture uses LiDAR on an iPhone or iPad to capture a property and produce an editable floor plan. Outputs include 2D and 3D plans, AI renders, Live 3D walkthroughs, and 360 views. Projects are stored in the cloud and available across devices; the app also works offline and syncs again when connected. It runs on Windows, Mac, iPad, and Android tablets. Phones use the web portal and cannot draw or edit floor plans in the app. Credits cover projects, several visual outputs, AI Convert, FloorCapture, and ordered plans. A free plan is available; Pro costs $12 a month billed annually ($144 per year).
