Planon provides an IoT-enabled Integrated Workplace Management Solution (IWMS) for organizations managing real estate, space, workplace services, assets, maintenance, energy, and sustainability. Its real estate tools cover portfolios, leases, invoices and cashflow, transactions, and capital projects. Asset and maintenance functions include work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle, vendors and warranties, health and safety, inventory, and procurement. Workplace capabilities include desk and room booking, visitor management, workplace services, and sensor insights, with Core, Advanced, and Enterprise tiers described. The Planon Workplace App lets employees book spaces, request services, and view workplace information; other listed mobile apps cover field services, asset management, and condition assessment. Planon describes an open platform with REST API tools and a Marketplace for apps and system connections. Its cloud services list AWS and Microsoft as hosting providers for Planon Live SaaS, with environment location agreed in the Order Form.
