In their own words
PlanRadar
PlanRadar is a construction and building condition assessment platform for field management, documentation and reporting. Its workflows include defect management and punch lists, daily logs, inspections, checklists, safety audits, handovers and evidence collection. Teams can work with digital plans and BIM models, with allowances that vary by subscription. Mobile users can continue offline; locally stored changes synchronize to the cloud when internet access returns. PlanRadar Connect provides access to over 200 apps, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Jira and Slack, alongside Open API and webhook support. The web app runs in a browser on modern computers, and mobile apps are available for iOS and Android. The company says US customers' data is hosted on AWS servers in the United States. Basic is $32 a month per user, and the 30-day trial requires no credit card. The trial is described as obligation-free, and users can download project data if they do not subscribe.
SKYSITE
SKYSITE provides cloud document management and distribution for construction projects and business operations. Its Projects product supports document sharing and markups, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists. The service is geared toward general contractors, designers, and builder/owners. Archives adds OCR-enabled search, custom indexing, document retention timelines, and digital form management. iOS and Android apps provide mobile access, including offline access to archived documents. An Outlook add-in can sync and archive project email, and SKYSITE links to separate API resources for Projects and Archives. Full-access collaborative seats in Projects are paid, while read-only users are free. Projects plans start at $19 a month, billed per month, with unlimited storage and sheets; Enterprise requires at least 10 users. SKYSITE states that it uses TLS 1.2 for data in transit and 256-bit AES for stored data.
