Player Report
Player Report is a free, self-hosted plugin for handling player reports on Minecraft servers. Players can submit a report with /report, with optional reason selection and confirmation through GUIs. Moderators review reports in-game, change statuses, assign handlers, and search or sort reports by player, ID, reason, or handler. They can teleport to involved players or saved locations and remove reports. Servers can optionally reward confirmed reports with commands or items; rewards can be stored while players are offline and claimed with /reports claim. The plugin supports Discord webhooks for report and update events, as well as PlaceholderAPI statistics and integrations. Reports and pending rewards can be stored in local YAML files or MySQL/MariaDB. Configuration includes report limits, cooldowns, reason modes, retention settings, and options for features, messages, and visuals. The resource lists Minecraft 1.21 as its native and tested major version and says it supports Folia. It is offered as a 4.6 MB .jar download. Aevox is named as its author, and its first release date is Apr 25, 2016.
