PlayerConnect
PlayerConnect is a web platform combining bookings, card payments, memberships and front-of-house operations for sports and activity venues. It supports driving ranges, golf courses, tennis and padel clubs, and multi-sport facilities offering pickleball, badminton, bowls and mini golf. Booking models include bays and other resources, court timetables, golf tee sheets and capacity-based sessions. Customers can view live availability, select a bay or court, add extras and pay by card, including through guest checkout. Staff manage walk-ins, phone bookings, check-ins, no-shows, cancellations and refunds from a shared schedule. Venues can set prices by player type, duration and peak or off-peak period, and offer automatically billed memberships with discounts, guest passes or earlier booking windows. Reports show bookings, revenue and utilisation by day, activity and resource. Multi-location businesses use one staff console with role-based access. Booking sites can use venue branding, a custom subdomain and confirmation emails in the venue’s name. Payments settle to the venue’s own payment account. Pricing is on request.
ReadyGolf
ReadyGolf combines a golfer app with a modular platform for golf-club operations. Golfers can book, record rounds, keep digital scorecards, enter competitions, view leaderboards, and connect with friends. They can log play on courses around the world and use GPS maps; an Apple Watch companion provides distances and scoring, including hole-by-hole entry. Club tools cover competition and member management, CRM, tee-time booking, payments, invoicing, and simulator booking. The platform provides federation data through eBirdie and scoped links to finance and back-office systems. Shareholder management, guest tee-time booking and web shop, and golf-cart booking are separate modules. The golfer app is free, and clubs set prices for their own products and services. Club plans include Simulator booking at €49 a month, Competition management at €99 a month, and a Golf club management system starting at €199 a month. Club prices exclude VAT, and transaction-based fees are billed separately according to use. Agreements run for 12 months with monthly billing.
