Threadmodo

Threadmodo is a web service for moderating Facebook and Instagram comments and drafting replies in a page’s brand voice. Teams can set keyword, sentiment, and confidence-threshold rules for each page, then hide or delete matching comments. Dry-run testing lets them check rules before enabling them. In its AI Inbox, teams can review flagged comments, assign them to teammates, and generate replies using page voice, knowledge documents, and product catalog context. Pages in one workspace can have distinct rules, tone, and product context. Threadmodo connects Facebook Pages and linked Instagram Business accounts through Meta OAuth and the official API; it processes comments through webhooks with fallback polling, and says moderation typically runs within seconds. Automated actions are logged, and hidden comments can be restored. The free plan costs nothing and covers one connected page and up to 300 comments per month, with no credit card required. Pro costs $29.99 a month per page, includes up to 1,500 comments, and charges $0.02 for each extra comment. Enterprise pricing is custom.
