Its cloud AI can turn a scene description into formatted Fountain screenplay text and organize spoken or typed ideas into scene headings, action lines, and dialogue. Writing, editing, and formatting work offline, while AI scene improvement and cloud translation require an internet connection. The app supports writing and voice recording in more than 100 languages, plus offline Romanized-to-native transliteration for 15 Indic abugidas. Export formats are PDF, Fountain, and Final Draft FDX. Free PDF and FDX exports carry a small ScriptDraft watermark; Fountain exports do not. The site says phone speech recognition processes audio on-device and does not upload audio to its servers.
