Owners can let recipients open a link in a browser without an account, or require an email address, passcode, or NDA. Security controls also include email verification, dynamic watermarks, and access revocation. Plox’s AI-powered data rooms organize and manage documents for activities such as fundraising, board meetings, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and sales. Analytics provide page engagement details and real-time view notifications. Owners can replace a document without changing its link and keep a version history. The product offers a REST API secured with OAuth 2.0 and Zapier automation; listed webhook events include document views, data-room views, and new leads.
