In their own words

Pollo AI

Pollo AI is a video-generation service from a maker headquartered in Singapore. It supports text-to-video and image-to-video generation, AI avatars, API access and commercial use. The listed maximum resolution is 4K, and the maximum video length is 0.5. Pollo AI offers a free plan at free, billed monthly, with limited free credits and watermarked output. Paid plans are also billed monthly. Lite costs $15 a month and includes 400 credits, two parallel tasks and no watermark. Pro costs $29 a month with 800 credits, three parallel tasks and no watermark. Ultra costs $129 a month for 5,000 credits, six parallel tasks, no watermark and faster generation speed. The listed platform is API, so the service can be considered where programmatic access is required. The tier structure centers on credit allowance, simultaneous task capacity, watermark removal and, at Ultra, generation speed. Commercial-use support is listed across the service.

Wigglegram Creator

Wigglegram Creator makes animated GIFs and looping MP4 or WebM videos from sequences of JPG or PNG images. Its drag-and-drop graphical interface lets users set output scale, frames per second, and video repetitions. GIF output is downscaled for sharing; MP4 and WebM exports are full resolution and can use configurable repetitions. Users can draw a crop on the preview, applied before scaling, interpolation, and export. If a face is detected on import, alignment anchors to it automatically, and users can click the preview to override that placement. On macOS, the app can offer Apollo Fast slow motion from 2x to 8x if it detects Topaz Video’s bundled ffmpeg. The project is free and MIT-licensed, with prebuilt releases listed for Linux x64 and arm64, Windows x64, and macOS Apple Silicon. It is a GUI-only application without headless command-line export. The prebuilt macOS app is unsigned and not notarized, so Gatekeeper quarantines it on first opening.
