In their own words
TickTick
TickTick is a task and reminder app with recurring tasks, subtasks, and calendar sync. Its calendar includes yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, and agenda views, while reminders can repeat weekly, monthly, yearly, or on custom schedules. Users can share lists, assign tasks, and collaborate with friends or colleagues. Other features include Pomodoro, habit tracking, countdowns, Kanban, timeline, and Eisenhower Matrix tools, plus more than 40 themes. TickTick is available on the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, and also lists a Chrome extension. The free plan includes 9 lists and up to 99 tasks per list; it also allows 1 attachment per day and 2 shared members. Premium costs $49.99 per year and raises limits to 299 lists and 999 tasks per list. It adds higher attachment and collaboration limits. TickTick integrates with Notion and supports MCP, CLI, and OpenClaw workflows. If Premium expires, stored data remains, but Premium features are no longer available.
