Postable
Postable is a web service that prints, addresses, stamps, and mails physical greeting cards. Customers can choose a design, customize photos, messages, and fonts, or upload an image. Contacts can submit their details through a personal link, or users can import CSV and Excel files or enter addresses manually. The online address book is free even without card purchases. Carbon Copy sends one message to multiple contacts and personalizes each card with the recipient's name. Users can schedule birthday cards for the year in advance and anniversary cards for a chosen date. Business features include contact imports, logo-branded cards, volume discounts, and a dedicated account representative. Postable says its cards are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Cards usually arrive in about a week, but delivery is not guaranteed; tracking shows locations and estimated dates, while USPS does not scan final delivery. Listed card rates are $5.99 plus stamp for one card, $5.29 each plus stamp for 2–19 cards, and $4.59 each plus stamp for 20 or more. The site also lists the paid service from $2.24.
PostGrid Address Verification
PostGrid Address Verification checks, autocompletes, standardizes, and enriches addresses for delivery across the U.S., Canada, and 245+ countries and territories. It accepts structured fields, single-line freeform text, or incomplete entries and verifies against postal data in real time. Its international service supports CSV batches of up to one million addresses and can add geographic coordinates with rooftop-level accuracy. It supports non-Latin scripts including Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, and Korean, with conversion to standardized Roman scripts. Named integrations include Salesforce, Stripe, Dynamics 365, Shopify, and Zapier. Options include APIs and SDKs, a no-code dashboard, and self-hosting. Each verification, autocomplete, or standardization request counts as a lookup; monthly plans impose allowances and additional lookup charges beyond them. Standard Essential costs $18 a month billed yearly and includes 2,000 U.S. and Canada lookups monthly, with additional lookups at $0.02 each. Test API keys and 500 free lookup credits are available; a separate bulk verification service page describes 100 free lookups. The product page lists security and compliance provisions including HIPAA, PIPEDA, GDPR, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI-DSS.
