In their own words
Postable
Postable is a web service that prints, addresses, stamps, and mails physical greeting cards. Customers can choose a design, customize photos, messages, and fonts, or upload an image. Contacts can submit their details through a personal link, or users can import CSV and Excel files or enter addresses manually. The online address book is free even without card purchases. Carbon Copy sends one message to multiple contacts and personalizes each card with the recipient's name. Users can schedule birthday cards for the year in advance and anniversary cards for a chosen date. Business features include contact imports, logo-branded cards, volume discounts, and a dedicated account representative. Postable says its cards are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Cards usually arrive in about a week, but delivery is not guaranteed; tracking shows locations and estimated dates, while USPS does not scan final delivery. Listed card rates are $5.99 plus stamp for one card, $5.29 each plus stamp for 2–19 cards, and $4.59 each plus stamp for 20 or more. The site also lists the paid service from $2.24.
SnapShot Postcard
SnapShot Postcard turns photos into printed postcards and handles printing, postage, and mailing. Users can choose an image from a device, take a new photo, or select a ready-to-use image. Cards come in 4×6 inch and 6×9 inch formats on thick, glossy stock. Orders can be created through the website without downloading an app, and the service is also listed for Android, iOS, and API access. It mails by First Class to US and international addresses and says orders are mailed within two business days. One mailing can reach up to 100 recipients. The FAQ recommends images of 1600×1200 pixels or better for print quality. An API can integrate printing and mailing with an application or device. The service is presented for travelers, families, seniors, birthdays, holidays, and thank-you notes. Premium membership costs $4.99 a month and includes one free credit monthly, no extra charge for large postcards, and cancellation at any time. Credits cost $1.19 to $3.49 per credit depending on quantity; US postcards use one credit and international postcards use two. Purchased credits expire after one year.
